IOCB Tech Foundation
The foundation (Nadační fond IOCB Tech) was established in 2022 by IOCB Tech to take over its philanthropic activities and develop them systematically and professionally. The foundation’s mission is to contribute to the development of science and the application of its results in society while at the same time strengthening public awareness of the fundamental contribution of scientific research.
Pharmtheon
The translational research center is currently in the preparatory work stage, with a scheduled launch in February 2024. Situated near Prague's city center, its cutting-edge laboratories offer an exceptional research environment. The facilities encompass diverse expertise in organic chemistry, molecular biology, and AI-driven modalities, fostering innovative drug development research.
i&i Prague
i&i Prague is a bio-innovation center and an IOCB Tech subsidiary. The company was established in 2017 and focuses on the transfer of the most promising technologies into practice. It is dedicated to promising innovations in the field of drug development, diagnostics and medical devices originating from academic institutions. i&i Prague supports the creation of spin-offs and the sale of licenses.
i&i Bio
i&i Biotech Fund (i&i Bio) is a venture capital firm that invests in innovative European Life Sciences companies. The Fund was created thanks to the cooperation of i&i Prague and the European Investment Fund in 2021. i&i Bio is led by an experienced team of professionals with backgrounds in private equity, healthcare and venture capital supporting entrepreneurs on their journey to global success.
